COPY responds to the question of “is it an original?” by presenting complete editions whenever possible to visualize the work, effort, and time put into each print. Subtleties and variations that are inherently ingrained in printmaking are brought to attention as the viewers are surrounded with different editions. Experimentations straying away from the traditional norm of are encouraged. While, near-perfect replication of one print to the next in an edition is a momentous feat that no other media can offer. These qualities combined makes each print unique and individual — an original.
